Mountaineer Food Bank requires that at least one individual from each member agency be trained in food safety by Mountaineer Food Bank once every two years. After watching the video it is required that agencies take the test that can be accessed at the link below and pass the exam by answering 4 out of 5 questions correctly. You will be able to see your score immediately after submitting the exam and will also be able to retake the exam if necessary.

 

Remember, in the event the trained individual leaves your agency a new individual must be trained within 30 days. Thank you for your efforts in feeding hungry West Virginians while keeping food safe!
